Trauma Informed Parenting – From Fear to Love
This friendly and practical workshop will help parents and carers understand what is really behind children’s behaviour.
You’ll learn how early experiences, trauma and neurodiversity can affect the way children think, feel and respond to the world.
The session will explore practical ways to help children feel safe, calm and understood, while setting clear boundaries without shouting, punishment or power struggles.
You’ll leave with useful tools and greater confidence to build stronger, calmer and more connected relationships with children.
Who is this for?
The workshop is aimed at parents and carers who would like to better understand children’s behaviour and develop trauma-informed approaches to supporting them.
