Christmas can be a magical time of year, but changes to routine, sensory overload and social expectations can make the festive period overwhelming for neurodivergent people.

Join Corrie for a supportive workshop exploring practical ways to make Christmas calmer, happier and more inclusive. Combining expert knowledge of autism with personal experience as a parent and carer, Corrie will share helpful strategies for navigating the festive season.

✨ The session will explore how to:

  • 🎁 Reduce festive stress and anxiety.
  • 🧩 Manage sensory overload.
  • 📅 Create structure and maintain routines during the holidays.
  • 💚 Support social interaction and make festive activities more accessible.

This workshop is ideal for parents and carers looking for practical ideas to support neurodivergent family members and create a more positive festive experience.
