Take time to relax, recharge, and reconnect at our calming Mindfulness & Qigong session designed to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and promote gentle movement. This welcoming session combines mindfulness techniques, breathwork, visualisation, and Qigong exercises to help improve energy flow, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

What to Expect
The session will begin with gentle guided exercises to help:
- Increase awareness and relaxation
- Encourage positive energy flow throughout the body
- Support mindfulness and breathing techniques
The second part of the session will focus on Qigong, a series of light and gentle exercises that may help:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve movement and balance
- Support pain management
- Promote overall emotional and physical wellbeing
No previous experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome.
