Looking after your own wellbeing is just as important as caring for others. This 4-week Wellbeing Toolkit Course offers a safe, welcoming space for parents and carers to pause, reflect, and build practical self-care skills.

Across four relaxed sessions, you’ll explore simple, practical techniques to help you:

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents and carers in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
