When you’re busy caring for others, it’s easy to put your own wellbeing last – this session is a simple, stress-free way to refocus on you. After a gentle warm up called Do-In, the session will explore the importance of ‘mindful eating’, learn how vitamins and minerals support your energy, and end the session with a calming meditation.
